Making a Will is important for you and for your family and loved ones. It is your chance to express your final wishes in a legal document to ensure that your estate passes to the beneficiaries of your choice. It also ensures that the people you do not want to inherit from your estate under the rules of intestacy (person dying without a Will)
How do I make a will?
Contact us for an information pack you will find enclosed a Will questionnaire for you to look at -this will explain the kind of information that we would require from you to draft your Will.
When you are ready we will arrange a time convenient to you for us to visit you or for you to visit our office or anywhere else that you feel comfortable to discuss your will.
In the meeting we will discuss any queries you may have and give you any advice that you require.
Dependant on how complex your Will may be we can often complete the instruction on the first visit and for your convenience we will provide witnesses to your signature. On other occasions you can leave your instruction with us, and we will make a draft of your Will and you can return at a later date to discuss and sign.
